REPORTS
* General, Pre-Drywall, 11 Month, and Pre-Sale inspection reports typically completed within 24 hours after inspection.
* Radon reports are typically completed the same evening radon monitor test is completed as long as test is terminated before 5:00 PM, and on a business day.
* Roof Inspection reports typically completed same day.
* Water Intrusion Inspection reports typically completed same day.
* Mold samples and air sample lab results typically 3 -4 business days.
What to Expect
* General Inspections typically last 3 1/2 to 4 hours depending on home condition.
* Reports contain observations, recommendations, and pictures. No Check Lists
* Reports are emailed in PDF format
* Reports can also be printed and mailed upon request
* Payment can be made with a credit card through Square App., Checks, or Cash, whatever is convenient for you.
